Our mission is to make sure that visitors find a good quality home, at a reliable owner and to keep it simple.
We have established two different models. There is the “all inclusive” model and the “some bills included” model of monthly pricing.
Also we found that many of you were looking for a place of their own or to share with a -or some- friend(s), and other solo travellers just want to have a room, but in a place with like-mindeds.
For that reason ByMonths brings you both “private apartments” as also “co-living” spaces.
At ByMonths you can find apartments and co-living spaces to “move in now” and spaces to “move in later“
Move In Now
Are you in a hurry and you MUST find something to move in during the coming 1-30 days?
Check our section with accommodations specific for this.

Move In Later
Looking for a place and not in a hurry. The Move In Later section shows you apartments that will be available from (minimum) 30 days onwards.
All Inclusive
We offer all inclusive pricing because we understand that you will come to study or work and you require a stay without any worries to concentrate on what you came for.

Some Bills Included
Do you want to keep more track of what you spend? This option is for you. Our apartments that offer some bills included give you more insight. You can control yourself better what you spend and save.
NB. Mostly if an apartment has “Some bills included” it means that supplies that some utility bills with a fixed cost, such as wifi, is included already.
Private Apartments
Are you coming alone or with a friend or some friends and want a place of your own? We offer you quality, private apartments where you can stay without sharing with people you don’t know.

Being alone in another city does not sound great and you want to get to know other people? We offer co-living facilities where it is ideal to get to know other like-minded.
